Kenny Hill has owned and operated Clearwater Custom Homes since 2006. Kenny grew up in Chubbuck, Idaho and graduated from Highland High School in 2003. He enjoys hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and spending time with his family in Island Park.
After graduating high school in 2003, Kenny served an LDS mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years. Kenny married his wife, Chelsie, in 2006. They have four kids. Kenny studied business at Idaho State University.
Kenny also worked at Home Depot from 2008-2018 while building homes part time. He spent five years in Twin Falls primarily as the Operations Manager. In spring of 2018 he couldn’t resist the building itch and decided to start building full time again. Kenny and his family moved back to Southeast Idaho and have enjoyed being back home and working with the community. He is continuing to build homes in Twin Falls and Pocatello.
Kenny is great at communicating with clients, and this helps make the construction process run smooth. His experience at Home Depot taught him a lot about leadership and management. He prides himself in building a home with details and finishes that will stand out from others. Kenny enjoys working with clients and enjoys getting to know them on a personal level.
